1. Who We Are
Tupgrade Education Limited operates the Tupgrade Learning App applications. This policy applies to our websites, web apps, mobile apps, and related support services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, username, role, school details, class details, curriculum selections, date of birth, and profile photo.
- Authentication data needed to sign users in securely, including Firebase authentication records and Google account details when Google sign-in is used.
- Usage and device information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- User content such as profile images, school setup data, planning inputs, class data, and other educational records submitted through the service.
- Payment and subscription records relevant to billing, access, verification, and support.
3. Google User Data
If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar features, we may access your Google account email address, basic profile details, and Google Calendar data required for the user-facing feature you requested.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve requested app functionality. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it for unrelated purposes.

- Create and manage accounts.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Deliver educational, analytics, school management, communication, and AI-assisted features.
- Support meetings, live sessions, and Google Calendar integrations when enabled by the user.

5. Storage, Security, and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
6. Sharing
We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners who help us operate hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, communications, support, payments, and backend services, as well as with schools, teachers, parents, or students where sharing is part of the product workflow and consistent with the user role.
We do not sell personal data or Google user data.
7. Your Choices
Depending on applicable law and account type, users may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data. Optional permissions, including Google Calendar access, may be withdrawn by disconnecting the integration or contacting support.
