What will be deleted
- Your app account profile and account identifiers linked to your Tupgrade Learning App account.
- Personal data associated with the account, such as your registered email address, phone number, profile details, and in-app account records.
- User-generated account data that is no longer required to operate the service once your deletion request is completed.
What may be retained
- Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, dispute resolution, financial record-keeping, or regulatory compliance.
- Where retention is required, the data will be kept only for the period necessary to satisfy those legal or operational obligations.
